CeeDee Lamb gets 100% real on his Dallas Cowboys future

After signing a massive deal with the Dallas Cowboys, CeeDee Lamb’s quest to secure the payday he deserves has ended. This led the wide receiver to share his mind about the recent move and what it means for his career.

Lamb is riding high after securing a four-year, $136 million contract, complete with a record-breaking $38 million signing bonus. Reflecting on his journey, Lamb expressed a strong desire to finish his career in Dallas, emphasizing his deep connection to the city and its impact on his life and family.

In a recent interview, he stated that here’s no doubt about wanting to remain with the Cowboys, highlighting the supportive environment he’s found since being drafted. Lamb’s commitment extends beyond his personal success; he aims to contribute significantly to the team’s legacy and success.

Lamb also shared his excitement for quarterback Dak Prescott, who just signed a staggering four-year, $240 million extension, making him the NFL’s first player to earn $60 million per year. Lamb recalled the moment he congratulated Prescott just before a game, expressing his happiness for his teammate and the opportunities that lie ahead for both of them.

Just recently, Lamb shared his mind about his new contract and current stint in Dallas. This can be seen in an article written by DJ Siddiqi for Responsible Gambling.

“There’s no doubt.,” says Lamb in an interview with RG.org when asked if he wants to end his career with the Cowboys. “Wherever I ended up getting drafted, I had a plan that’s where I wanted to be for the rest of my career. I know I don’t want to go anywhere else. Dallas has been so phenomenal for me, my life, my family and obviously financially, it’s changed my life. I’m definitely going to pay my dues to the city and give it what we all want,” Siddiqi wrote.

As they look forward to the season, Lamb is focused on building their chemistry and striving for achievements together. He aims to elevate his game and leadership skills, aspiring to be a better teammate and motivator.

Despite the recent contract negotiations posing challenges, Lamb appreciates the wisdom shared by team owner Jerry Jones, particularly about financial management. As the Cowboys prepare for their next matchup against the New Orleans Saints, Lamb and Prescott are determined to drive the team toward its first conference championship and Super Bowl appearance in decades.
